Notice of Public Hearing – March 16, 2016 @ 5pm

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Uhland, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:

A 2.10 acres of 6.47 total acre tract of land situated in the John Stewart Survey, abstract #14, Hays County, Texas. Same being a portion of a called 25.838 acre tract of land conveyed to Matthew Edevold & Bryan Lovelady in volume 4858, page 753, official public records of Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds.

A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Uhland, Texas on the Sixteenth (16) day of March, 2016 at 5:00pm in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Uhland, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation.

At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters here in mentioned, will take notice.
